I'm extracting two small pieces from bug 155018 that remove some useless code for the MathML token elements. - The mtext CSS rule is probably a hack that is not necessary anymore as indicated on bug 151592. - The setAlignItemsPosition style change won't make sense after we remove flexbox anyway. I don't know whether or not it can be taken before the preliminary refactoring on MathOperator and RenderMathMLRoot. But at least after that the removal does not break any tests.
